If you are out on a long ride someday and you run over a big rock or something, it can turn a great day into a very bad day if you dont know what to do if you find yourself with a sidewall cut and a flat tire.

Here is a nice visual to show you what you need to do to get back on the road in no time. I used a business card but alot of people also use a folded up dollar bill, they both work just as well. Just replace the tube and follow along with the pictures and you should be good to go till you get back to the bike shop for a new tire. Happy Trails !
